Future workplace insight based on 100,000+ surveys
Through our proprietary Experience per Square FootTM (XSF) tool, Cushman & Wakefield has captured more than 2.5 million data points from 40,000 workers across the globe in the pre-COVID-19 era and a further 3 million data points from more than 60,000 respondents in the current work from home environment through XSF@home.
Our workplace specialists subsequently analyzed this data to develop a report on the future of workplace. Among its key findings is the newfound ability to be productive outside of the office, accelerating the need to offer choice of where to work. As a result, the workplace of the future will likely encompass a Total Workplace Ecosystem—a variety of locations and experiences to support convenience, functionality and wellbeing, regardless of where people will be working.
How does a thoughtful organization respond?
XSF 2.0 is a key starting point for creating evidence-based, compelling experiences for employees, regardless of where they work in the new total workplace ecosystem. The tool gives employers the information needed to prioritize workplace investments and improve business performance.
XSF 2.0 launches November 7 and participants can gain actionable insights from the survey in a matter of weeks. To learn more, download the brief overview, or contact our XSF team.
