Gender equality and inclusivity are key components to positioning WIN and our firm for the future, further establishing Cushman & Wakefield as an industry leader and the preferred destination for top talent.

In 2019, WIN will launch its inaugural Gender Equality Task Force, which will focus on empowering women to “lead higher” and extending WIN’s reach to include our male counterparts.

Our collaboration with women and men across all levels of our firm will help us realize our mission of supporting the talents of our women team members, which in turn will further transform Cushman & Wakefield to the benefit of our clients and the industry as a whole.
