John Forrester is Cushman & Wakefield’s President, responsible for direct operational and managerial oversight of the firm’s three global regions, Americas, APAC, and EMEA as well as the firm's Capital Markets, Occupier Services and Investment Management service lines.

Prior to his current role, John was Chief Executive, EMEA at Cushman & Wakefield. He was also previously Group Chief Executive of DTZ Holdings plc., joining that Cushman & Wakefield predecessor firm in 1988. John is a member of the Board of Management and Management Executive for the British Council for Offices and has previously served as its President. John holds a B.S. in Urban Estate Surveying and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
