Michelle Hay is Chief Human Resources Officer at Cushman & Wakefield and has served in such capacity since 2017. In this role, Michelle partners with regional heads of HR to drive strategy on core functions, including talent management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.

Michelle brings extensive experience in developing and leading the implementation of strategic initiatives. Prior to her expanded global role, Michelle served as Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief HR Officer of the Americas where she played a key role in driving the development and implementation of new and innovative HR programs across the firm.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Michelle served as Head of HR for the Americas at A.T. Kearney. She also previously served as Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Heitman LLC, and previously held HR consulting positions with Deloitte & Touche LLP, Ernst & Young LLP, Cap Gemini and Capital H Group. She holds a B.S. in psychology from the University of Houston and an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
