LONDON, 29 June 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Pierre Nolte as Head of Germany & Netherlands – an expansion of his responsibilities to include the Dutch business. Following a structured transition and handover period, Annelou de Groot will leave the business.
Nolte, an Executive Partner who joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014, has held multiple leadership roles with the firm. He was appointed Head of Germany a year ago, having previously been Head of Offices & Leasing in Germany and Head of Tenant Representation, EMEA.

Nolte will relocate to the Netherlands and will continue to travel regularly to the firm’s offices across Germany, the Netherlands and Europe.
