At Cushman & Wakefield, we understand that the actions of our supplier partners impact our reputation, which in turn affects our relationships with clients, the marketplace and our communities. Because we view our suppliers as extensions of our team, we expect shared accountability in how we conduct business. Every supplier in our network is required to review and follow this core set of values, policies and conduct expectations.
Additional policies may apply for a specific business, country or region. If you are a supplier operating in Australia, please visit the C&W Australia supplier management website for country-based policies.
Global Vendor/Supplier Integrity Policy
The business practices and actions of a vendor/supplier reflect upon Cushman & Wakefield, our reputation and brand. The firm has, therefore, developed these Vendor/Supplier Ethical Standards to clarify our expectations in the areas of business integrity, labor practices, health and safety, and environmental management. Suppliers who do business with or act on behalf of the Cushman & Wakefield or our clients shall follow these Ethical Standards.
Global Code of Business Conduct
The Code of Business Conduct outlines key business values, principles and workplace practices required to be embraced and followed by company directors, officers, partners, employees, temporary employees hired through agencies, brokerage professionals and independent contractors and those of its subsidiaries and joint ventures under the firm’s operational control anywhere in the world. Further, Cushman & Wakefield expects that our suppliers will follow similar principles.
Contractor Environment, Health & Safety Handbook
The purpose of the Environment, Health & Safety Handbook is to provide contractors, including suppliers, with the necessary information to understand Cushman & Wakefield’s minimum safe work expectations when performing work on behalf of the company either at our offices or our client facilities. This aligns with the company’s global goal to promote a safe working environment for employees, contractors and others who may be affected by work activities.
Global Responsible Sourcing Policy
Cushman & Wakefield strives to integrate responsible practices into its commercial real estate operations. Our Global Responsible Sourcing Policy sets guidelines and expectations for our employees and suppliers relating to direct and indirect sourcing, procurement, and contracting activities. These expectations have been derived from internationally recognized norms outlined in the United Nations Global Compact (which Cushman & Wakefield joined as a participant in 2018) and demonstrates our commitment to the principles of responsible sourcing.
