Fundo AF Portfólio Imobiliário managed by Interfundos sells industrial/logistics portfolio in operation advised by Cushman & Wakefield
23/03/2023
Cushman & Wakefield ended 2022 with yet another key industrial and logistics operation, with the sale of a portfolio comprising two assets with a total area of 15,300 sqm, owned by Fundo AF Portfólio Imobiliário, managed by Interfundos, located near Lisbon, namely in Carregado and Montijo.
As part of the transaction process, Cushman & Wakefield presented the opportunity to M7 Real Estate (a pan-European investor and asset manager), which ended up acquiring the assets from the AF Portfólio Imobiliário fund managed by Interfundos, and thus successfully completing the sale of this portfolio.
According to Diogo Lopo, Senior Consultant from the Department of Investment in Industrial and Logistics at Cushman & Wakefield: “this is the type of transaction that reflects high investor interest in the industrial/logistics sector, which is currently one of the most active sectors within the investment market, which demonstrates the resilience and investor confidence in the development of this market segment. We are very proud of our involvement in this operation, bringing together the interests of two highly reputable entities such as Interfundos and M7, as well as for our ongoing contribution to the dynamism of the industrial and logistics market.”
