The paint manufacturer wants to grow and leases a new office in the North of the country
Cushman & Wakefield, that it has been responsible for the lease of 320 m2 in the Lionesa Business Hub, on behalf of AkzoNobel.
The Lionesa Business Hub (LBH), in Leça do Balio, Matosinhos (Porto), has attracted many companies and today has an impressive portfolio of national and international brands such as Oracle, Farfetch, Vestas or Fedex, among many others.
AkzoNobel is a Dutch company dedicated to the production and distribution of paints and coatings and has reinforced its presence in Portugal with the acquisition of Titan, the Iberian leader in the sector. Headquartered in Amsterdam, the company has approximately 35,000 employees in around 80 countries.
