According to Diogo Lopo, Senior Consultant in Industrial & Logistics Investment team at Cushman & Wakefield: “The industrial/logistics sector continues to be the target of considerable interest from investors, being one of the most resilient sectors on the market. We are very pleased with our involvement in this operation, aligning the interests of Buyer and Seller, and contributing to the dynamization of the industrial and logistics market nationally, particularly in Porto.”
According to Mário Jacob, Associate and Head of Porto, “This transaction reinforces our strategic presence in the Porto market, where we have a senior and multidisciplinary team within commercial real estate, and in this specific case, in the areas of investment in Industry and Logistics.
