Cushman & Wakefield advised Pictet Technologies, a cutting-edge financial technology software factory that exclusively serves the needs of the Swiss Pictet Group, on leasing its new office in Lisbon.
Pictet Technologies was founded in 2016 and operates from Luxembourg and Lisbon. With this new lease agreement, it will occupy the entire 5th floor of IDB Lisbon, an area of over 2,600 m².
IDB Lisbon - Innovation & Design Building Lisbon is a property owned and managed by Jamestown. It stands out for its modern facilities and for the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem within the development, with a special focus on arts and new technologies.
Francisco Vasconcellos, Associate of the Office Department and responsible for Global Occupier Services at Cushman & Wakefield, comments: “After the renovation and repositioning of the building as a hub for innovative companies, IDB Lisbon stands out in the office market in the eastern area of the city, next to Parque das Nações. Pictet Technologies sought a space with the characteristics and quality offered by IDB at this location, placing employee well-being at the centre of their decision.”
