Fund, located on Rua Castilho, a few meters from Avenida da Liberdade, is undergoing a complete rehabilitation with completion scheduled for October 2025.

The ongoing renovation aims to create spacious and versatile areas, distributed over nine office floors, with an available area of up to 4,000 sq.m. Leasing can be done by floor, offering flexibility to the different needs of occupants. The project focuses on the use of high-quality materials, including noble coverings, glazed facades with high thermal and acoustic performance, and premium finishes, ensuring a sophisticated, functional, and energy-efficient environment.

In line with the latest trends in the office sector, the building will feature balconies on all floors and terraces on the top two floors, providing privileged panoramic views over the river from the upper floors. Upon completion of the works, the building will obtain BREEAM certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
