Mónica Cruz joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007, beginning her career as an assistant in various departments while simultaneously serving as personal assistant to the Managing Director, Eric van Leuven. She holds a degree in Modern Languages and Literatures from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and has developed financial skills throughout her career at the company, through training in Finance for Non-Financials and Accounting. Between May 2015 and September 2016, she held the position of Financial Controller, overseeing the transition resulting from the outsourcing of the company’s financial services. She later took on the role of Office Manager and Business Operations Support, ensuring efficient coordination of operations and strategic support to management. In 2018, she was promoted to Associate Director. Her involvement in coordinating all financial, administrative, and operational activities led to her appointment as Chief Admin Officer and Partner.
Sérgio Nunes holds a degree in Management and Marketing from the Portuguese Institute of Marketing and Administration (IPAM) in Lisbon and completed an executive program at MIT focused on Entrepreneurial Land Strategies. Since 2018, he has led the Industrial and Logistics department at Cushman & Wakefield in Portugal, having been involved in some of the largest logistics operations in the national market. These include leases to Worten (119,000 m²), Torrestir (43,000 m²), and an international retailer in the north of the country (57,000 m²), consolidating his position as one of the leading experts in the sector.
