Cushman & Wakefield Leases Ecologis warehouse to Sermail

Sermail – Logística Integrada, a leading Portuguese company providing logistics services for the pharmaceutical industry, has leased a new warehouse in Palmela as part of its expansion strategy. The leased property is owned by Ecologis – a joint venture between Caprock Investment Partners and Europi Property Group, which currently holds over 140,000 m² of logistics warehouses in Portugal. Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) supported Sermail in identifying the most suitable solution for its operational needs.
With a total area of 4,000 m², the new space will allow Sermail to increase its storage, transportation, and distribution capacity. The property features multiple loading and unloading docks, high ceilings, and benefits from a strategic location near the A2 highway, ensuring excellent accessibility between Lisbon and the southern bank.
