Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announces the arrival of proSapient, a British technology company, at Espaço Amoreiras.
The company has leased a 1,070 m² space on the ground floor of the building, a process advised by Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of The Edge Group, the property owner. Founded in 2017 in the United Kingdom, proSapient offers an expert networking platform powered by artificial intelligence, connecting businesses with specialists who support strategic and investment decisions. With offices in London, Lisbon, Raleigh, and Toronto, and more than 300 employees, the company stands out for its innovative approach and rapid growth, having been recognized by the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe and the UK.
Located on Rua D. João V, in the heart of Lisbon, Espaço Amoreiras is distinguished by its high-quality architecture, well-maintained surroundings, and proximity to the Amoreiras Shopping and Plaza malls.
