Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announces the opening of Sunday in Lisbon at Largo Conde Barão - Santos (No. 37), in Lisbon. The consultancy was responsible for bringing this new café/brunch concept to the city center, in a 150 m² space, acting on behalf of the property owner during the leasing process.
From the creator of the Garden Balthazar Caffee concept, Sunday in Lisbon introduces an innovative brunch experience to the city, a lunch menu with options for all tastes, and soon, dinner featuring dishes carefully prepared in a charcoal oven.
“I felt the need to bring something completely new to life, a brand conceived from scratch. While Garden Balthazar is already close to a chain concept, this project seeks greater attention to detail and an even richer variety,” explains César Ferreira, the concept’s owner.
“This operation represents the consolidation of the Santos area as one of the most dynamic in Lisbon, reinforcing its attractiveness for innovative dining and leisure concepts.
