Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) supported the relocation of Pierre Fabre, a French pharmaceutical and dermocosmetic group, to the 6th floor of the Green Park building, located at Avenida dos Combatentes, No. 43, in Lisbon.
In this process, C&W advised Pierre Fabre in the area of Workplace Strategy, particularly in Change Management, and later integrated Design & Build services, which include architecture, project management, and construction, ensuring a comprehensive approach from concept to execution of the new space.
Green Park is a modern and functional office building located in a central area of Lisbon, between Sete Rios and Praça de Espanha. It offers spacious, bright, and flexible areas, with excellent accessibility and proximity to public transportation. With a contemporary image and renovated common areas, it provides a comfortable, efficient work environment adapted to the current demands of companies.
The Pierre Fabre Group is a benchmark in the pharmaceutical and dermocosmetic sectors, present in more than 100 countries. Founded in 1962 by pharmacist Pierre Fabre, it combines pharmaceutical research with dermocosmetic expertise, offering effective and safe solutions for skin health and well-being. Iconic brands such as Avène, Klorane, Ducray, A-Derma, Elgydium, and Eludril are part of its portfolio and are among the most recommended by healthcare professionals and consumers worldwide.
The relocation of Pierre Fabre’s offices in Portugal marked an important milestone in the renovation and improvement of the work environment, aiming to better integrate the various multidisciplinary teams that were previously spread across several floors. The main objectives considered throughout the relocation project were improving comfort, ergonomics, and workplace safety. Modernizing the spaces was also seen as an additional factor in enhancing the company’s image, contributing to talent attraction and retention.
David Quinas, Architect in the Project & Development Services (PDS) team at Cushman & Wakefield, states: “We are very pleased to have supported Pierre Fabre in this relocation process, helping them choose a new space that meets their current and future needs. This operation reflects our commitment to finding solutions that combine strategic location, modernity, and quality, providing better working conditions and well-being for their employees.”
The PDS department of Cushman & Wakefield Portugal has over 20 years of experience in the Portuguese market and has been responsible for projects for clients such as Cofidis, Bayer, Sky, Alcon, AM Alpha, Arvato, Huawei, Saint Julians, among many others.
