The brand’s arrival at Liberdade Street Fashion strengthens the fashion offering in Braga’s city center.
Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announces the opening of Adolfo Domínguez at Liberdade Street Fashion, located on Avenida da Liberdade in Braga. Situated in unit 15 and with a total area of 214.40 sqm, the brand opened its doors to the public on June 9. This operation has contributed to strengthening the fashion offering in the city center’s high street retail, with the consultancy responsible for identifying the brand and representing the property owner.
Founded in 1976 by the designer of the same name, Adolfo Domínguez is a Spanish premium fashion brand, recognized for its timeless design heritage and its pioneering commitment to the use of natural materials and conscious consumption practices. Headquartered in Ourense and maintaining strong ties with the Portuguese textile industry, it operates an international network of 379 points of sale across 54 countries. In the Iberian market, it has around 138 stores in Spain and continues to consolidate its presence in Portugal—its second-largest European market—where it currently operates 21 stores.
Liberdade Street Fashion, managed and leased by Cushman & Wakefield, is a mixed-use development in Braga’s city center, combining retail, restaurants, offices, and residential units. With a total of 16 stores, it offers a diverse mix of national and international brands such as Purificación Garcia, Tiffosi, Lanidor, Globe, Springfield, Throttleman, Antonius, Bertrand, and Wells, among others. It also features a public car park with more than 200 spaces, ensuring convenient access and visits.
“The arrival of Adolfo Domínguez at Liberdade Street Fashion reinforces the development’s positioning as a fashion reference in Braga, adding a prestigious international brand and strengthening its premium offering. At the same time, it contributes to enhancing and diversifying the commercial offering in the city center, enriching the shopping experience and increasing the attractiveness of this urban axis. For Cushman & Wakefield, it is particularly rewarding to have contributed to the completion of this deal in an asset that maintains 100% occupancy, reflecting its commercial relevance and the ongoing work of the leasing and management teams,” said Susana Pires, Senior Retail Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield.
