The consultancy represented the seller, ADDSOLID, and, through its Private Wealth division, identified the private investor who ultimately completed the acquisition.
“It was a pleasure to represent the seller in this transaction. Once again, we see that well-located assets with stable income secured by long-term lease agreements with reputable tenants remain a natural choice for private capital,” said Inês Sousa, Head of Private Wealth at Cushman & Wakefield Portugal.
“This transaction is in line with ADDSOLID’s active portfolio management strategy, which focuses on value creation and capital generation for new investment opportunities. It was also an opportunity to strengthen our partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, whose work throughout the process was instrumental in bringing this deal to a successful conclusion under favorable terms,” said Tiago Cerdeira Pinto, Operations Director at ADDSOLID.
This transaction further reinforces the positioning of Cushman & Wakefield’s Private Wealth division, providing private investors and family offices with access to differentiated investment opportunities aligned with their objectives and risk profiles.
