Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announces the completion of another logistics transaction, involving the sale of a platform of approximately 16,000 sqm, located in Trofa, Porto.
The asset is 100% leased, with a long-term lease agreement, and has been acquired by the VALOR PRIME Fund, managed by Montepio Gestão de Activos (MGA). C&W acted on behalf of the seller.
