Meeting the needs of a cutting edge investment company like Nuveen is one thing, but providing them with revitalized office spaces and exciting work environments to reinvigorate staff post-Covid, is quite another. What’s more, dealing with a flagship New York office, we knew we needed to make an impact. Starting from the ground up, we successfully planned, partnered and managed the revitalizing of their offices to further energize employees for the future and a sense of excitement for the future, for Nuveen and New York City.

Sydney’s skyline is full of pretty impressive buildings, but Salesforce Tower is setting new records, and expectations, for what a workplace can be. In the heart of Barcelona, Plaça Catalunya has been beating with a vibrant new life after decades of housing some of the largest banking headquarters in Spain. Cushman & Wakefield has been there through this dynamic shift to advise over 80% of the transactions in the iconic location.

Just because it’s one of the most notable pieces of real estate in Rome, doesn’t mean the 17th Century Palazzo Mancini on the famous Via Del Corso isn’t on the move.
