Belden Establishes Its Largest European Manufacturing Facility at HelloParks Páty
Cushman & Wakefield Hungary has successfully advised Belden on a complex manufacturing consolidation project that will bring together the company's Dutch and Hungarian production operations into a new European manufacturing hub at HelloParks Páty. The project culminated in Belden leasing the entire 42,000 sq m PT5 facility, which will become the company's largest cable manufacturing plant in Europe.
The project required extensive collaboration between Belden, HelloParks and Cushman & Wakefield specialists. Multiple site visits were conducted in both Hungary and the Netherlands, while operational, technical and commercial requirements were translated into a real estate solution capable of supporting Belden's long-term manufacturing strategy.
The assignment brought together expertise from several disciplines across Cushman & Wakefield, highlighting the value of an integrated advisory approach in large-scale industrial projects. By combining industrial and logistics expertise with technical, financial and project advisory capabilities, the team was able to guide the client from strategy through execution
The project was led by Mohammad Abu Alkhail and Tomaj Boda from Cushman & Wakefield Hungary with support from Cushman & Wakefield's broader advisory platform. The successful outcome demonstrates how multidisciplinary collaboration can help occupiers navigate increasingly complex real estate decisions while aligning operational, technical and business objectives.
