Avenue sells 266 Liberdade retail unit in Lisbon

Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of Avenue on the sale of the retail unit of 266 Liberdade, in Lisbon. The shop was sold to IMOFID a fund managed by Fidelidade for 13.9 million euros.

Totalling 1,300 sq.m, the unit is located in Avenida da Liberdade, in the former Diário de Notícias newspaper headquarters.
