Cushman & Wakefield has placed the new Choupana Caffe in the Expo Tower building, in the heart of Parque das Nações. The new store occupies approximately 150 sq.m on the ground floor of the building.
Choupana Caffe is a cafeteria, bakery, self-made pastry shop and also a grocery store.
After nine years operating on Avenida da República, this is the brand's second opening in Lisbon. The Parque das Nações store has a different format, being a more contemporary and practical store, while maintaining the comfort and quality of the products.
In this transaction, Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the owner of the space, Grupo Ageas Portugal.
