Amplifon Portugal changes premises, but remains at Quinta da Fonte

Amplifon Portugal, owner of the Minisom Hearing Centers brand, needed to move to a new office space and, with the support of Cushman & Wakefield, found the solution in the Q57 – D. Sancho building in Quinta da Fonte. This building was presented by Cushman & Wakefield and another agent, who represented MEAG, owner of the building, in this transaction. 

The company, in permanent growth in the national market, was already in Quinta da Fonte, but in another building. Recognizing the added value of being part of a business park, and liking the characteristics that Quinta da Fonte has, they have now opted for building Q57 – D. Sancho I, which will occupy around 600m2, which stands out for its high quality as well as excellent sun exposure and its private terrace. 

Also the fact that MEAG continually invests in improving its buildings was a critical point who supported this choice.
