Lidl opens a new store in Faro with the support of Cushman & Wakefield

Located next to Decathlon and a few meters from Forum Algarve, the new store is the third of the German chain in the city of Faro and has an approximate construction area of 2,400m2 and 1,400m2 of sales area.
Currently, Lidl has around 9,000 employees in Portugal and more than 270 stores, from the north to the south of the country, and four regional stores and regional warehouses, in addition to its headquarters.
João Esteves, Partner, Head of Retail Agency, comments on this operation: “We are very pleased to have found a beneficial solution for our client and LIDL, and this operation is equally advantageous for the entire region. With the opening of this store, residents and visitors to the city of Faro have another option for local shopping.”
