Cushman & Wakefield announces that it has been mandated by Sogenial Immobilier, a French real estate fund manager, for the management and commercialization of Évora Retail Park, an asset owned by the SCPI Coeur D’Europe fund.
Opened in 2011, Évora Retail Park is a commercial space of about 8,000 sq.m and is located in a prime area next to the city’s only shopping centre. With an occupancy rate of 100%, the Retail Park currently hosts four well-known national market tenants: Worten, Sportzone, Rádio Popular, and JOM.
André Navarro, Partner and Head of Retail Asset Management at Cushman & Wakefield, comments, “Since 2022, we have been developing a partnership with Serris REIM – the investment management arm of Sogenial in Portugal – supporting them in managing their investors’ portfolio in offices and logistics in our market. We are particularly pleased to see this collaboration extend to Évora Retail Park, which was the first retail property they invested in Portugal.”
José Caldeira, Asset Manager at Serris REIM Portugal, adds, “The assignment of the management of Évora Retail Park to Cushman & Wakefield is based on our confidence in the team’s abilities to maintain operational excellence and increase satisfaction among the retailers present at Évora Retail Park. This partnership reinforces our commitment to quality and efficiency in managing our assets.”
It should be noted that Sogenial Immobilier made its debut in the Portuguese market with the acquisition of this commercial space, representing the pan-European fund.
