Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announces that Hotel São Luís, in Leiria, is now part of the Stay Hotels group. The hospitality team at the consultancy represented the owners of Hotel São Luís – Leiria, a 3-star hotel with 54 rooms, throughout the process of identifying and selecting a hotel operator. With the goal of securing a medium to long-term lease partner, C&W was responsible for operator sourcing, contract negotiation, and closing the deal.
“We are truly honoured by the trust placed in our team and in our ability to lead an operator search process. This transaction reflects the dynamism of the Portuguese hospitality sector and the growing interest of hotel operators in regional capitals,” says Gonçalo Garcia, Head of Hospitality at C&W in Portugal.
