Cushman & Wakefield appointed manager of four Continente supermarkets

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has been appointed to provide property management services for a portfolio of four Continente supermarkets, acquired at the end of last year by Savills Investment Management (Savills IM), which is both the owner and asset manager. The assets are located in Sintra-Lourel, Mafra, Leça do Balio, and Loulé, with a total gross lettable area of 22,600 sqm. 

Previously, in 2023, C&W was also appointed to manage four other Continente supermarkets in Savills IM’s portfolio, located in Gulpilhares, Olhão, Castelo Branco, and Nazaré. With this new mandate, C&W now manages approximately 824,000 sqm across various asset classes in Portugal.
