The real estate consultancies have been appointed by Fidelidade Property to lead, under a co-exclusive arrangement, the marketing of the office buildings of the EntreCampos Project, one of the largest urban transformations in the capital.

With completion expected from 2027 onwards, EntreCampos will redefine Lisbon’s Central Business District by offering seven state-of-the-art office buildings designed to attract national and international companies seeking sustainable, technologically advanced spaces suited to new work models.

EntreCampos is one of the largest and most ambitious projects Lisbon has seen in recent decades and will be a global benchmark in terms of innovation, design, and sustainability. In total, EntreCampos includes seven office buildings and three residential buildings, interconnected by an innovative High Street Curated Retail concept featuring restaurants and outdoor leisure areas, integrated into 17,000 m² of public spaces.

Sustainability is also a key point of EntreCampos: the project has already been awarded the most demanding sustainability certifications, such as the LEED Neighborhood Gold pre-certification—the first time this certification has been granted in Portugal—which assesses the energy efficiency of the project as a whole, and the WiredScore Neighborhood certification, awarded for the first time to a project in Continental Europe, measuring the technological connectivity index of the development. National and international recognition doesn’t stop there: EntreCampos has already been distinguished as “Best New Mega Development” at the prestigious MIPIM Awards 2025, which celebrate the most visionary projects in the real estate sector.

According to Pedro Salema Garção, Partner and Head of Offices at Cushman & Wakefield, “The EntreCampos project represents a unique opportunity to redefine the concept of offices in Lisbon. We are looking at a new Central Business District, designed to meet the demands of modern companies that value sustainability, flexibility, and well-being. This project will position Lisbon alongside major European capitals by offering state-of-the-art office buildings prepared for future work models. It is a project that combines sustainability, technology, and outstanding architectural quality, and will undoubtedly become a new landmark in Portugal’s office market.”

With an excellent location in the heart of the city, the EntreCampos project is fully integrated with the public transport network and pedestrian routes in the Entrecampos area, as well as Lisbon’s cycling network. The project was designed by some of the most renowned international and national architecture firms, namely KPF / Saraiva + Associados, responsible for the office buildings and retail spaces, and Gensler / Promontório, authors of the building that will house Fidelidade’s future headquarters.
