IAOP Names Cushman & Wakefield Global Outsourcing Leader

4/16/2018

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP®) has named the firm to The 2018 Global Outsourcing 100® Leaders list and has received the “Super Star” and “Sustained Excellence” distinctions. This is the seventh consecutive year Cushman & Wakefield has received this award.

IAOP’s Global Outsourcing 100 Leaders recognition acknowledges the top firms for their quality of outsourced services for current and potential customers, providers and advisors. Cushman & Wakefield received the “Super Star” and “Sustained Excellence” distinctions based on superlative scores in five judging categories – size and growth, customer references, awards and certifications, programs for innovation and programs for corporate social responsibility. Judging was based on a set of measurable standards as well as an evaluation by a panel of industry-recognized outsourcing leaders.

“At Cushman & Wakefield, we continuously work to push the boundaries and transform the market. As leaders, we compete and strive to win together, while always putting our clients first,” said Steven Quick, Chief Executive, Global Occupier Services (GOS). “We are proud to be globally recognized as a force in the industry by being named to the 2018 Global Outsourcing 100 Leaders list and receiving two prestigious distinctions. This top accolade demonstrates our client-first mentality and our commitment to delivering excellent service.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s GOS delivers real estate solutions to companies, government groups, and institutions to align real estate strategies with enterprise goals focusing on operational cost reduction, employee productivity, talent attraction and retention, risk management and speed-to-market.
