My mission is to be able to adapt to different demands and to design visual communication solutions. It is therefore a question of knowing how to process and prioritize information through graphic signs, images, pictograms and typography.

Why C&W?

Marketing C&W Design + Build

After a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication at Ephec, I was able to develop my marketing skills in various jobs. Today, I work as Marketing coordinator for C&W Design + Build and I’m in charge of developing the CWDB’s intern/extern communication and increase the company’s visibility in collaboration with the Marketing team of C&W.

Why C&W?

I have always been fascinated by the construction of buildings and the beauty of a place by its architecture or by what composed it. I discovered a particular attraction for real estate. So working at C&W Design + Build was an obvious choice.

Hobbies

I’m interested in many things but what I prefer is photography and architecture. So don’t be surprise if you meet me in the street and I'm looking up.

Capital Markets Office

I am an Investment Analyst within the Capital Market Office department. On a daily basis, we analyse and assess potential deals within the investment market. Before starting for Cushman & Wakefield, I went to study in London. I went to University College London (UCL) for my Bachelor and Master’s degrees. I studied Management and IT for my Bachelor and International Real Estate and Planning for my Master’s.

Why C&W?

I chose to come full-time at C&W because I loved my time as an intern at the firm. Moreover, the international character of the firm was also a major factor why I chose to come and work here.

Hobbies

When not working, I like to play sports; especially football and padel. Additionally, I like to read about politics and the news.

Customer Review A word from...

Michaël Despiegelaere, Head of Capital Markets Office:

"Two years ago Elyah had the opportunity to do a summer internship in our Capital Markets department. At the time, he worked on the Finance Tower file, which is our largest closed deal to date! We thought he definitely brought us luck and we decided to hire him. On a more serious note, Elyah comes straight from London with a solid background in Finance and Real Estate and he already had the opportunity to show us his ability to learn well and fast, so the choice was quite obvious. He also had a really good connection with the rest of the team at the time and it is still the case today."
