Spaces chooses AIrport Business Centre as strategic location in the Airport Region

Airport Business Center, a development by Royal Properties Group, will be the new location for Spaces, one of the brands within International Workplace Group (IWG). With this location, the group has chosen an environment that combines accessibility, quality and future-oriented working. RPG was advised on this transaction by Cushman & Wakefield.

A strategic anchor point for international business

Located in the Brussels airport zone, Airport Business Center is an ideal base for companies with an international and regional focus. The site is less than two kilometres from Brussels Airport and is directly connected to the Brussels Ring Road. The future tram stop and cycle highway on the doorstep further enhance multimodal accessibility. In addition, the complex has more than 700 parking spaces and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.

Sustainability as a driver of innovation

With certifications such as BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Gold and a CO₂-neutral design, Airport Business Center is one of the most sustainable office developments in Belgium. Rainwater reuse, climate ceilings and energy consumption that is 71 per cent lower than the current standard make sustainability measurable here. The three towers, together accounting for 38,000 sq m of office space, demonstrate how technology and architecture come together in a future-oriented working environment that stimulates entrepreneurship and raises the bar for energy efficiency and well-being.
