Cushman & Wakefield brokers the letting of 500 m² of office and storage space to elevator builder OSMA

The Dusseldorf office letting team of the international real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield (C & W) has brokered the letting of 400 sqm of office space and 100 sqm of warehouse space in Steinhof 39 in Erkrath to OSMA-Aufzüge. To facilitate future growth, OSMA will relocate its Düsseldorf office to Erkrath at the beginning of December 2020. Asset management company LCL Liegenschaftscontor Düsseldorf GmbH is lessor of the space.

OSMA, a family firm with over 650 employees, plans and manufactures elevators. Made in Osnabrück to the highest safety and quality standards. The turnover is over € 83 million per annum. The company has 18 branches and service centres throughout Germany.

LCL Immobilien Group has been active for over 50 years as a private asset management company in the real estate sector. The company is active in almost all real estate sectors, with a clear focus on commercial real estate in the Dusseldorf, Cologne region.
