Long-term lease signed in a prime location in Neustadt-Nord
Acting on behalf of the parties, Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the long-term lease of approximately 600 sq m of office and storage space in Cologne’s Neustadt-Nord district to a supra-regional institutional occupier.
The premises are located in a well-connected area near Ebertplatz, one of the most important transport hubs on the left bank of the Rhine, and within close proximity to the river. The tenant is expected to take occupancy of the new space in early 2027.
The landmark Art Nouveau villa is owned by a private investor. Originally constructed in the late 19th century, the property underwent a comprehensive refurbishment approximately 15 years ago.
