Donn Lutz is the new Head of Office Agency Berlin at Cushman & Wakefield

02/06/2021

Donn Lutz joins Cushman & Wakefield as Head of Office Agency Berlin.

The 46-year-old is the main contact for tenants, owners and project developers and heads the 10-strong team in the German capital. He reports directly to Christian Lanfer, Head of the Office Agency business unit, and succeeds Kathrin Hellwig, who left the company at the end of March. In total, Cushman & Wakefield has almost 80 Office Agency employees at its top-5 locations in Germany.

Donn Lutz studied economics and has over 20 years’ professional experience. Most recently, he worked for Colliers as Director Office Letting for over five years. He comments: "Berlin is the fastest growing market in Germany and very attractive for medium-sized companies as well as global players and start-ups. I am particularly looking forward to working with Cushman & Wakefield’s strong team of experts as well as with the other business units."

Christian Lanfer added: "We look forward to Donn’s contribution, who, as a native Berliner and with deep market knowledge, will lead a broad-based team. It is our aim to serve all local sectors with specialised experts. Berlin is one of the top priority growth markets for the Cushman & Wakefield office letting team."
