Cushman & Wakefield lets 1,200 square metres of office space in Frankfurt to Main Incubator

The Frankfurt office letting team of international real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has let around 1,200 square metres of office space in Eschersheimer Landstrasse 6 in the German financial metropolis on a long-term basis. 

The new tenant of the multi-occupier property, which was built in 2002, is Main Incubator GmbH. The financial sector company is the R&D unit and early-stage investor of the Commerzbank Group. It will occupy space on the 2nd and 7th floors of the 7-storey building bringing the occupancy rate in the property to over 95 percent.
