The pan-European flex-office provider Unicorn has leased 1,300 sq m of space at Isartorplatz for its third workspace in Munich. The provider has locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Lisbon, Munich and Potsdam.
Benjamin Nick, Chief Operating Officer of Unicorn explains: "All our users have to do is bring their computers and they and their teams can get started. Everything else is already there: a pleasant working atmosphere, excellent all-inclusive service, meeting rooms and wonderful coffee."
The office building at Isartorplatz 8, which is now fully let, is an existing building accommodating a cinema on the ground floor and mainly law firms on the other floors. The landlord is PIMCO Prime Real Estate GmbH.
