Cushman & Wakefield is relocating its corporate headquarters in Frankfurt as well as its Berlin office, taking modern, high-quality office space in prime central locations in both cities.
Frankfurt: FOUR T1 from February 2027
In Frankfurt, the international real estate advisory firm will move its headquarters to the FOUR complex, Tower T1, in February 2027. Cushman & Wakefield will occupy the fifth and sixth floors, including an outdoor terrace. The company is currently based on Bleidenstraße.
FOUR Tower T1 is located in the heart of the banking district at Junghofstraße / Große Gallusstraße and, at 233 metres with 55 storeys, is a striking feature of the Frankfurt skyline. The building was completed in 2023.
Berlin: Upper West from May 2026
A move is also planned in Berlin: Cushman & Wakefield has leased space on the 30th floor of the “Upper West” office building. The relocation from its current premises at “Westlight”, Budapester Straße 35, will take place in May 2026.
Upper West, located at Kantstraße 164, is one of the tallest buildings in the capital at 119 metres and 33 storeys. It stands directly opposite the Waldorf Astoria hotel and the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, close to Kurfürstendamm, Zoologischer Garten station and Tiergarten. Of the approximately 44,000 m² of usable space, around half is dedicated to offices, while Motel One occupies roughly 17,300 m². Since mid-2025, the building has been owned by the Schoeller Group.
Pierre Nolte, CEO Germany at Cushman & Wakefield:
“The new locations in Frankfurt and Berlin are a deliberate statement: we are consistently driving forward the transformation of our business and creating the right environment to support it. With our headquarters in Frankfurt and our second-largest location—by team size—in Berlin, we are underlining our clear ambition to grow in the market and to strengthen our position sustainably.”
Thomas Schmid, COO and CFO Germany at Cushman & Wakefield, added:
“These two relocations are a clear signal of our ambition in the market and the confidence we have in the German real estate market and in our German teams.”
Thomas Schmid continued:
“The new locations stand for modernity, sustainability and the highest quality in prime central locations. They create an environment that fosters collaboration, dialogue and a positive corporate culture. Among the most attractive office locations in their respective cities, they offer a wide range of amenities nearby and are distinguished by modern, architecturally outstanding buildings with first-class office space—providing a compelling setting for employees, clients and partners, as well as for attracting new talent.”
