Cushman & Wakefield with Primark for the opening of their first high street store in Milan, Italy

Cushman & Wakefield has assisted Primark in the search and identification of the building that will host their first high street flagship store in Italy, which will consist of c. 5,000 sqm of selling space, located in the city centre of Milan.

The building is located in via Torino 45 with five floors of retail selling space and will also host Primark’s Italian headquarters, along with a new fashion press showroom. The inauguration of the new building is scheduled for April 6th.
The asset, identified by Cushman & Wakefield in 2018, is a popular destination for the customers of the Irish retailer, being located in the central area of the city and providing spaces that allow the highest expression of their format.

Matteo Alessandrino, Partner of the Retail High Street Department of Cushman & Wakefield, states: "After the collaboration with Primark for their entry into the Italian market with the first openings in several shopping centres, we are honored to have assisted them for the first Italian high street flagship store".

Gian-Luca Paganini, Head of Property for Primark Italy states: “We are proud to open the doors of our first Italian flagship, a store with a unique design, created exclusively for the city of Milan”.
