Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Marzia Giuliani as Head of Business Enablement Italy.
In her new role, Marzia will be responsible for strengthening the company's business enablement activities in support of growth across Italy, bringing together commercial positioning, strategic marketing, communications, and customer-centric initiatives. She will work alongside the business and client-facing teams, providing tools, programs, and content designed to make the company’s market approach even more effective and coordinated.
This appointment underscores Cushman & Wakefield’s commitment to an increasingly integrated growth model in which Business Development and Business Enablement operate in synergy. While Business Development focuses on growth priorities, commercial opportunities, strategic relationships, and market expansion, Business Enablement enhances the go-to-market strategy, processes, and tools that support these priorities and accelerate their impact through strategic positioning, marketing, and commercial support.
"We are very pleased to welcome Marzia to our team. Her experience strengthens our ability to bring an increasingly coordinated and effective approach to the market. Working in close complementarity with Business Development, her role will help enhance our market positioning, commercial tools, and go-to-market initiatives in support of growth in Italy," said Joachim Sandberg, Head of Cushman & Wakefield Italy.
With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, spanning strategic marketing, pitch management, prospect development, and property marketing, Marzia brings to Cushman & Wakefield a broad range of expertise and a deep understanding of the sector’s commercial and positioning dynamics.
"I am delighted to take on this role within such a prestigious and dynamic organization as Cushman & Wakefield. Today’s market requires an increasingly integrated approach, where business development, strategic marketing, and value-driven communications work together to identify client needs and transform them into tangible opportunities. My commitment will be to help create these connections, maximize the value of the firm’s expertise, and support business growth across Italy," added Marzia Giuliani, Head of Business Enablement Italy.
