Leases often operate on a triple net basis, with tenants responsible for fit-out works and ongoing maintenance.

Luxembourg commercial leases typically include rent review clauses tied to indices published by the Service Central de la statistique et des études économiques. Rent adjustments are contractually agreed, with rent usually unable to decrease even if the index drops, providing landlords with downside protection.

Luxembourg's office market shows resilience with 131,000 sq m of take-up year-to-date, though this remains 20% below the 10-year average.
