With rising technical, regulatory, and ESG standards, nearly half of the warehouse stock may require upgrades. Obsolescence is categorized into five types: structural, technical, regulatory, geographical, and economic. The study highlights three strategies to manage long-term value: anticipate, sustain, and transform assets. Three case studies (BARJANE, PANATTONI, LOGICOR) showcase these strategies through construction, renovation, and densification projects.
