Cushman & Wakefield transforms Hipoges office in Lisbon

Hipoges is one of the leading asset management platforms in the Iberian Peninsula, with more than 48,500 million assets under management. With a presence in 4 countries and more than 1700 employees worldwide, Hipoges works for the main financial institutions and international investors.
Cushman & Wakefield provided Design & Build services for an area of 1900 sq.m, with the work undergoing a complete architectural intervention, alteration of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, telecommunications network and completely new electrical component.
According to Ricardo Passarinho, from the Project & Development Services team at Cushman & Wakefield Portugal, “The main focus of the project was to modernize the offices on a single floor, allowing greater inclusion and sharing of ideas between all departments”, adding that “they were different practical solutions implemented, providing personalized environments to the client’s diverse needs.”
