ALLO – Alcântara Lisbon Offices is an office complex located on Avenida da Índia, in the Alcântara district of Lisbon. Developed by Bedrock Capital Partners and managed by CBRE, the development offers 39,000 sq m of office space across two buildings connected by a central plaza, with capacity to accommodate between 3,000 and 4,000 people. The complex also features two rooftop areas, food and beverage outlets, a multifunctional room, and 681 parking spaces. Its proximity to the riverfront, LX Factory, and Lisbon’s public transport network further enhances its connection to the business, cultural, and leisure dynamics of the Alcântara area.
The project delivered for STG Business Services reinforces the positioning of Cushman & Wakefield’s Design & Build team in the market, representing another landmark delivery at ALLO, which is also home to flagship projects for companies such as GALP and EY. Featuring contemporary architecture aligned with the latest workplace trends, the fit-out stands out for its innovation, functionality, and quality of execution, further strengthening ALLO’s position as one of Lisbon’s most modern and attractive business hubs.
“STG’s identity was the starting point and the main guiding principle of this project. Beyond meeting functional requirements, the proposal sought to create a spatial expression capable of reflecting the organisation’s essence and its vision for the future. The architecture develops from the existing spatial qualities, not as an imposition, but as a natural continuation of them. The result is a distinctive and complete workplace, where every element contributes to reinforcing the character of the brand and creating an authentic, flexible, and enduring environment,” commented Rita Ribeiro, Head of Design at Cushman & Wakefield.
“The outcome of this project reflects our team’s commitment to excellence, quality, and value creation for the client. More than delivering a workplace, this intervention enabled us to bring the company’s vision to life through a modern, functional, and inspiring environment, prepared to meet future challenges and support the organisation’s sustainable growth,” said Ricardo Passarinho, Head of Build at Cushman & Wakefield.
Eduarda May, Lisbon Site Lead at STG Business Services, added: “Our partnership with Cushman & Wakefield resulted in the creation of a workplace that truly embodies STG’s vision and identity. The concept and design were developed with great attention to alignment with our branding and operational needs, while also promoting collaboration, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging. The impact has been overwhelmingly positive among our teams, and the office is now recognised internally as one of the most attractive and inspiring STG workplaces worldwide.”
