Following the appointment of Marc-Antoine Buysschaert as Head of Belgium, Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Michael Despiegelaere as Head of Capital Markets Office for Belgium and Luxembourg. 

Michael began his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 in the Valuation & Advisory department. Since 2011, he has been working in the Capital Markets Office Department where he has led numerous important transactions in Belgium and Luxembourg. Michael is now appointed Head of Capital Markets Office. As department head, he will lead seven experts to reinforce our market leading position in Office, Hospitality, Nursing Homes and Alternative Assets.
