Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services Takes Home Seven awards at ICSC’s Global MAXI Marketing & Visual Victory Awards

TORONTO, July 27, 2020 – The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) held its 2020 Global Marketing & Visual Victory Awards online on July 23.

The awards are the most recognized achievement for professional excellence in the retail and real estate industry and include categories in marketing, design and development, and retail store design, and have been claimed by some of the world's most notable companies and outstanding shopping centre professionals.

Cushman & Wakefield managed properties were recognized across the country with two Gold Marketing Awards, four Silver Marketing Awards and one Silver Visual Victory Award.

Winning shopping centres included Carlingwood Shopping Centre in Ottawa, Ontario; Milton Mall in Milton, Ontario; Midtown Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; The CORE Shopping Centre in Calgary, Alberta; Londonderry Shopping Centre in Edmonton, Alberta; and The Bay Centre in Victoria, British Columbia.

Award for Joint Centre “Accept Without Exception” included the following centres: Aberdeen Mall, Carlingwood Shopping Centre, Cornwall Centre, Devonshire Mall, Erin Mills Town Centre, Halifax Shopping Centre, Lansdowne Place, Londonderry, Marlborough Mall, Midtown, Pen Centre, Pickering Town Centre, Quinte Mall, St. Vital Centre, The Bay Centre, The CORE, Westbrook Mall.
