The Düsseldorf office agency team at the real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield has brokered around 1,000 sq m of office space at Schiessstrasse 61 in Düsseldorf-Heerdt to the ICT system integrator Ostertag DeTeWe.
The move is expected to take place in early May 2020 while Ostertag DeTeWe merge two of their locations in Kaarst and Cologne. The landlord was represented by WOLLENBERG Investment Management.
The office building, built in 1953, has an area of 3,516 sq m and has three wings.
Cushman & Wakefield is strengthening its Berlin office leasing team under the leadership of Dominic Rausch. Effective 1 February 2026, Kathrin Hellwig will rejoin the firm as Partner after four successful years at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
