Cushman & Wakefield exclusively mandated with the LINK office complex in Frankfurt

The Frankfurt Office Letting team of international real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has been exclusively mandated with letting of approx. 10,000 m² of space in the LINK office complex at Lise-Meitner-Straße 4 in Frankfurt am Main. The owner is PGIM Real Estate.

The LINK office complex in the City West submarket of Frankfurt provides around 10,000 m² of office space. PGIM Real Estate acquired the building in spring 2020 and plan an extensive redesign under the new name LINK - New Work City West. The complex will acquire a new lobby, exclusive terraces, a newly-designed courtyard and cooling. Obtaining BREEAM and WiredScore Platinum certification is also planned.

The renovation work should be fully completed by the second quarter of 2021.
