The Düsseldorf office letting team of international real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), in cooperation with Anteon, has brokered two office areas of 500 m² each at Klaus-Bungert-Str. 6 in Düsseldorf - to phramaceuticals group NextPharma and wall construction materials manufacturer H + H . Both will take up occupancy at the end of this year, with both moves to accommodate company expansions. C&W acted for the owner of the office building - a real estate fund managed by Quest Funds. Real estate consultancy Anteon advised the two new tenants.
The office building, contructed in 2010, is located in Düsseldorf's sought-after Airport City submarket and has a total area of approx. 11,400 m². The main tenant of the complex is Siemens. 1,000 m² of office space is still available.
Quest Funds is an investment manager with a focus on Core+ and Value-Add commercial real estate, with an emphasis on Germany. The company is responsible for the fund business of the real estate company Quest Investment Partners and makes individual investments together with institutional investors.
NextPharma is an internationally active Contract Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) which manufactures pharmaceutical products on behalf of clients and supports pharmaceutical companies in their development.
H + H International A/S is a company listed on the Danish stock exchange with headquarters in Copenhagen and is one of the leading manufacturers of wall constructions materials in Europe.
