03/09/2020
The Düsseldorf office letting team of international real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), in cooperation with Anteon, has brokered two office areas of 500 m² each at Klaus-Bungert-Str. 6 in Düsseldorf - to phramaceuticals group NextPharma and wall construction materials manufacturer H + H . Both will take up occupancy at the end of this year, with both moves to accommodate company expansions. C&W acted for the owner of the office building - a real estate fund managed by Quest Funds. Real estate consultancy Anteon advised the two new tenants.

The office building, contructed in 2010, is located in Düsseldorf's sought-after Airport City submarket and has a total area of approx. 11,400 m². The main tenant of the complex is Siemens. 1,000 m² of office space is still available.

Quest Funds is an investment manager with a focus on Core+ and Value-Add commercial real estate, with an emphasis on Germany.
