Cushman & Wakefield Appoints Pirmin Graf as Director, Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets

Martin Polifke • 30/09/2026

Graf joins from PTXRE

Cushman & Wakefield continues to strengthen its Capital Markets platform in Germany through targeted expansion of its Logistics & Industrial team. Effective 1 October 2026, Pirmin Graf will join the firm as Director, Capital Markets Logistics & Industrial. He will report to Maximilian Wüstefeld, who assumed the role of Head of Logistics & Industrial Investment Germany at Cushman & Wakefield on 1 August 2026.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Pirmin Graf served as Director Industrial & Logistics Transaction at PTXRE GmbH. He brings more than ten years of experience in the preparation and execution of property transactions, primarily within the logistics sector. Throughout his career, Graf has worked on behalf of investors, developers and advisory firms. Previous positions include roles at Garbe Industrial, Universal Investment and JLL.

Simon Jeschioro, Head of Capital Markets & Investment Advisory Germany at Cushman & Wakefield, commented:
“By further strengthening our Logistics & Industrial expertise with the appointment of Pirmin Graf, we are responding to a market environment that continues to offer attractive entry opportunities despite macroeconomic uncertainty. The pricing adjustments seen over recent quarters, combined with stable occupier demand and a structural shortage of modern space, are creating conditions in which investments can deliver compelling risk-return profiles.”

Jeschioro continued:
“Pirmin Graf is a natural addition to the series of strategic hires we have made within our logistics investment business this year. He brings a strong network and the expertise required to identify, assess and structure investment opportunities. His appointment further enhances our ability to support investors at a time when market transparency, speed of execution and precise analysis are critical to capitalising on opportunities at an early stage.”

Maximilian Wüstefeld, Head of Logistics & Industrial Investment Germany at Cushman & Wakefield, added:
“Demand for logistics and industrial real estate remains consistently strong, as reflected in stable transaction volumes and broad-based activity across a variety of market segments. At the same time, demand for modern accommodation remains high. In this environment, it is essential that we continue to expand our advisory capabilities. With Pirmin Graf joining the team, we are adding a colleague who possesses a strong understanding of market dynamics and approaches transactions with a high level of professional rigour. His experience will further support our ability to advise investors in a market that is increasingly defined by in-depth analysis and a structured investment approach.”
